ENG 220: The Seminar in Teaching Writing is an advanced composition course designed to introduce students to key pedagogical issues around peer tutoring and the writing process. Students in this course read extensively in pedagogy theory and observe tutors in the Writing Center. In the second half of the semester, they put into practice what they have learned by tutoring ENG 099 students during their Writing Center lab hour.
